  • Returns: Products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds or replacements will be processed.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty products cannot be returned.
